Known best for our industry knowledge, extensive product offering and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our Denver Outside Sales Team.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will work in partnership with and as an extension of the Outside Sales Team In every aspect of the project with 80% of the focus being on administration & project delivery, and 20% on client interaction. Must be detail oriented, have excellent follow up & communication skills, and be a problem solver who looks beyond the obvious to uncover any potential issues that could arise throughout the project. Speed and accuracy are essential for this position.

PROJECT COORDINATOR – BASALT, CO

With 4 showrooms in CO, Decorative Materials is the largest privately-owned luxury tile showroom in the state. Known best for our industry knowledge, extensive product offering and excellent customer service, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our Basalt Showroom.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will work in partnership with and as an extension of the Design Consultant in every aspect of the project with 70% of the focus being on project delivery & administration and 30% on client interaction and site visits.  This includes entering quotes, processing all PO’s and confirming orders, answering phones, unloading sample pallets, opening UPS, tracking orders and coordinating deliveries with receivers, working with the showroom manager on new displays, hanging boards & running samples to clients or site meetings as needed.

  • Must be organized and very detail oriented
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently
  • Exceptional phone etiquette & professional demeanor
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Client centric approach with a constant goal of exceeding expectations
  • Polished Dress for a luxury environment
  • Able to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Computer Skills – CAD (preferred), Microsoft Office
