A native of Maine, Tanya has filled many roles at Decorative Materials since 2005. Her degree in Interior Design and Architecture brings valuable contributions to Decorative Materials. Tanya is inspired by her mom, husband, work colleagues and nature, and is passionate about being outdoors, her family, great food, travel and floral design. Her greatest luxury is falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing in the perfect bed with her kids and doggies! Tanya is an integral part of our Management Team and her role model is our Fearless Leader, Margot!

An integral part of the Decorative Materials Management Team, Michele has been contributing innovative ideas to Decorative Materials since 2011. Passionate about tile and stone, she is inspired by creative people, including her clientele. Michele has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and her greatest luxury is having time to create and craft treasures. When Michele isn’t with her dog, Duncan, and her super-sized cat, Max, she is stopping by Sonic to pick up a Dr. Pepper on her way to the showroom!

If Betsy isn’t driving around in her convertible with the top down or spending time with her husband and children or perhaps snuggling with Zoie Hedda, a senior, overweight rescue Soft-coated Wheaton Terrier who they adopted because she “is the same age as us,” you can find her greeting clients at our Denver Showroom. Since 2013 Betsy has warmly welcomed a global list of clients and tended to their needs- espressos to samples! A native of St. Louis with a degree in English Education Betsy is inspired by creativity, fun and love. Betsy can’t leave home without her glasses and her phone!

Passionate about her family and inspired by the outdoors and nature, Kim’s greatest luxury is a little time alone preferably with a glass of wine. Kim’s role models are her parents and she can’t leave home without her phone. A Design Consultant in our Denver Showroom since 2017, Kim brings a great sense of design and logic to her projects.

Inspired by the powerful women in her life and surrounded by peers doing amazing things, Megan’s greatest luxury is having her home to herself! If she’s not entertaining and creating beautiful tablescapes she is probably relaxing by reading and enjoying a cup of tea. Her role model is her Mom and she cannot leave home without a good hair tie, an extra pair of earrings and usually a spare pair of shoes! If she’s not dreaming about tile she might be dreaming about their future Great Dane or Boxer!

Monica can’t leave home without hugging her pup, Blue, a grey pit mix. Inspired by art, music, travel and culture, Monica is passionate about design + cocktails! A native of Texas, Monica has been a Design Consultant in our Denver Showroom since 2014. She graduated from Columbus College of Art + Design with a degree in Interior Design. Her greatest luxury is a spa day with a massage. Monica’s role model is her grandfather and the wonderful memories they shared. He inspires her to keep going and keep her chin up!

Becky is a native of Michigan with an immense appreciation for other people, beautiful places and spaces, and travel. As a people person, health and wellness, relationships with family and friends, and helping others are some of Becky’s greatest passions. When she isn’t in the showroom, the University of Florida alumni can be found taking her adorable Golden Retriever, Tucker, for a walk or enjoying a relaxing day at the spa.

Amanda, a Colorado native, brings a grounded perspective and vibrant personality to the team at Decorative Materials. She started on March 9, 2026. Amanda Credits her time at the Art Institute of San Francisco as the foundation for her outlook—one that prioritizes balance, curiosity, and continuous growth. She is deeply passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance and finds inspiration in travel and architecture, always appreciating the stories and design behind the places she visits.
At home, Amanda shares her life with Peach, her chihuahua, who she describes as equal parts adorable and absolute menace. Her favorite color is green, reflecting her calm and balanced nature.

With a Mass Communication degree from LSU and a Masters Certification in Interior Design from the Heritage School of Interior Design, Bren brings a wealth of skills and experience to our team. She officially joined our Denver team in March 2024. Originally from Chicago, Bren grew up in sunny Southern California before making Denver her home. Her indulgences include jetting off to visit family in Wales, unwinding with a spa day, or savoring her morning latte. When she’s not creating CAD designs at the showroom, you can find Bren spending time with her two feline companions, Mitzi and Rooster, enjoying time in nature, or listening to music.

Erin, originally from Kentucky, has spent most of her life in Colorado. Her deep-rooted passion for nature, wildlife, and conservation led her to earn dual degrees in Biology and Horticulture from the University of Idaho. For Erin, the great outdoors is both a source of inspiration and rejuvenation. She delights in the changing seasons and spends her free time hiking, paddle boarding, birdwatching, and gardening. Influenced by her mother, her role model, Erin’s love for the outdoors is unwavering. Her two adventurous chihuahua mixes, Chip and Tuck, eagerly embrace every chance for exploration, but equally enjoy snuggling together under a heated blanket on snowy days.
