DESCRIPTION

A collection of hand-painted & glazed red-clay ceramic tile, with the detail that has made Maiolica tile highly prized by collectors for six centuries. These hand-drawn, brushed-on geometric patterns update the style of traditional Maiolica while celebrating the creative heritage of the art form. Natural elegantly mixes both cool & warm neutrals, with a clean ivory background. Each pattern was conceived with a linear installation repeat that creates dynamic visual rhythm. Made in Italy, each A Mano tile measures 8” x 8” x ½”.
