Ishiburo Crema d'Orcia Aura, designed for Salvatori by Kengo Kuma. Ishiburo’s seemingly haphazard placement of stone “batons” come together to create an angular harmony. In addition to the texture itself, he also created an Ishiburo bathroom collection comprising a bathtub, basin and shower tray, each showcasing the clean, precise lines of Ishiburo. “I aspired to maximise the inherent material quality of stone. Being immersed in warm water contained within stone brings instinctive comfort to human beings”. These are the words of renowned architect and designer Kengo Kuma who, with Ishiburo, designed a collection that creates a truly harmonious and tranquil bathroom experience.
